3. Digital educational products

Digital guides and downloadable resources are delivered electronically. If you are a UK consumer, you have a fourteen-day right to cancel distance contracts unless you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of the cancellation right once download links are provided. If content is defective or not as described, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within a reasonable period.

4. Consulting and live sessions

Scheduled consulting sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours notice without charge, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice may forfeit the session fee unless we can reallocate the slot. If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or alternative appointment.

5. Personalised meal frameworks

Once a written plan has been delivered to your email, refunds are generally not available because the custom work has been performed. If factual errors attributable to our team appear in your document, contact us within seven days for correction at no additional charge. Partial refunds are considered only where delivery materially fails to match the purchased tier description.

6. Programmes and challenges

Programme fees may be refundable before the official start date minus an administrative fee stated at checkout. After the programme begins, fees are non-refundable except where we cancel the programme or fail to provide advertised core components such as facilitator sessions listed in the outline.

7. How to request a refund

Send your order reference, purchase date, and reason to assist@wristscrclear.world or by post to our London address. We acknowledge requests within three business days and aim to complete review within fourteen business days.

8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Card refunds typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Bank transfers may take longer for international accounts.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of future purchases.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom. If goods or digital content are faulty, not as described, or not delivered, you may have additional remedies under law.

11. Business customers

If you purchase on behalf of a company and confirm business status at checkout, consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Contractual terms agreed in writing prevail for B2B transactions.
